Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If there is anything you do not understand or have questions about, please contact us before purchasing a product and we will be happy to explain.

Summary of Terms

  • Puusepänliike Hannes Oy (Y 2078263-6) sells products on the internet for private individuals and the public sector.
  • Every sold product has passed all of our inspections and procedures to ensure optimum quality.
  • Payment methods include credit and debit through Klarna and Paypal. Contact us for other arranged payment methods.
  • Delivery is by post, Matkahuolto parcel services or other freight service companies.
  • The purchase receipt or a copy of payment must be presented in the case of warranty or defect claims.
  • The products have a defect liability. In the case that the product does not correspond to your expectations, you have the right to return it and exchange your product to that which you have ordered.
  • The warranty or defect liability does not cover any damages caused by the customer. This includes damage caused by unnecessarily made adjustments or the neglecting of directions.
  • Any damages occurring during delivery must be reported immediately to Puusepänliike Hannes Oy. This should be done at the latest within two days of receiving the product.
  • Consumer law regarding internet purchases gives the right to exchange and return purchased products within 14 days of the receipt date.

Specific Terms

Puusepänliike Hannes Oy delivers orders within Finland, the EU and outside of the EU. We will deliver our products by post, Matkahuolto services or another freight service company. In the case of product purchases outside of the EU, import and tariff costs are additional.

Delivery Charges Within Finland

We deliver all internet purchases within Finland for free. Depending on the method of delivery these shipments are picked up from the nearest postal site. Upon the arrival of the product, the customer is notified by e-mail or phone text message. Products may also be picked up from the shop thus saving in delivery charges.

Delivery Charges Within Europe (ex. Switzerland)

Within Europe, delivery charges are 10-20 €. For example, the cost of delivery of 3 Onni highchairs to France costs 10 € in total. 5 highchairs costs 20€ in total.

In Switzerland, delivery charges are 30-40 €. For example, the cost of delivery of 3 Onni highchairs costs 30 € in total. 5 highchairs costs 40€ in total.

Delivery Charges Outside of Europe

Outside of Europe the delivery costs are 30-50 €. For example, 3 highchairs to New Zealand costs 30 € in total. 5 highchairs costs 50 € in total.

Pick up

There are no delivery costs when products are picked up from our Tuulos shop. Any pick ups from the shop are only released to the purchaser or an authorized person. That person must present a signed note of authorization as well as proof of identity.

Exchanges and Returns

In the event that the product you have received does not coincide with what you have ordered or if we have accidently delivered the wrong product, you have the right to exchange it for a comparable product. If a product has been subject to delivery damage, we will exchange the product immediately when we have received the proper information on it. Damaged products should not be used. We will take responsibility for the replacement and shipping costs of such items.

Products have a 14 day return policy. The items must be returned in original condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs as well as tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. When the product arrives at our customer service, payment will then be made to your bank account. The original delivery costs are not returned.

After informing and making an agreement with us to the above e-mail address or phone number, please send us this following information with any returns or exchanges:

  • Name and address
  • Phone number and e-mail
  • Information whether product is to be returned or exchanged
  • In the event of an exchange, disclose which item you would want in exchange
  • Bank account number in IBAN form
